1. General Refund Terms

- Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Access to purchased content is provided immediately after payment
- Each confirmed transaction is considered complete
2. When We May Consider a Refund
Refunds are reviewed only in the limited scenarios below.
Technical Delivery Issues
If coins or items were not delivered because of a technical error:
- Report the problem within 14 days of purchase
- Include your transaction ID and relevant details
- Allow reasonable time for investigation and verification
Unauthorized Transactions
If your account was used without your permission:

- Provide details of the suspicious transaction(s)
- Co-operate with security checks; ID verification may be required
Fraud Prevention: False or misleading claims can result in account termination and potential legal action.
3. How to Request a Refund
To submit a request, follow these steps:
- Email support@battleinthesky.fun with the subject “Refund Request”.
- Provide:
- Your username and registered email address
- Transaction ID and purchase date
- A clear description of the issue
- Any evidence (screenshots, error messages)
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- Most investigations are completed within 5–7 business days.
- Our decision will be sent to you via email.
4. If a Refund Is Approved
- Funds are returned to the original payment method
- Processing usually takes 7–10 business days after approval
- Taxes or processing fees may be excluded, where applicable
- Related virtual items will be removed from your account
5. Consumer Rights in India
Residents of India may have additional protections under national consumer laws.
Consumer Protection Act
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 may provide remedies for defective digital goods or unfair trade practices.
